The Fresh Plan has helped us to enjoy ourselves more this summer. We have been on the plan for about 5 months now and we are feeling better, because we are eating better. Additionally, my wife has lost 15 pounds and I have lost 10 pounds. We are eating and drinking some other things or we could have lost even more weight. We are sharing one 1700 calorie program together. We have 3 meals a day for 4 days. We have plenty of food. Thank you, Betsy and Scott, doing this for us!

I wanted to share that I am a 55-year-old busy professional that alternates between going to an office, traveling and working from home – a schedule that makes shopping for and preparing meals difficult. In the past, I was grabbing unhealthy options or eating out too often and was continually frustrated with figuring out how to eat healthy easily. I love The Fresh Plan's delicious, healthy options because the convenience is like no other option out there. I feel satisfied with the 1,200-calorie option and have lost 10 pounds and lowered my cholesterol in the past few months without even trying. Now during quarantine, the Fresh Plan delivery has become very valuable and easy. I have also purchased for my home bound elderly parents during this difficult time this will prevent them from going out and the need for cooking or cleaning up. – Erica

The Fresh Plan has been an absolute blessing to me! As a young professional, I do not often have time to cook - let alone healthy meals with the variety the fresh plan offers. Being able to eat something fresh & healthy with such a variety of foods is incredible. I highly recommend!

The Fresh Plan is great for whoever wants to eat healthy and loose weight. I’m a busy mom with a full time job and a newborn, and I was looking for a plan that will serve only fresh food not frozen; and help me loose weight. I am on week 3 now and I couldn’t be happier. I lost 8 pounds so far and their meals are delicious and convenient. You don’t have to worry about preparing your meals and running to do groceries. They have a great variety of dishes, so you don’t get bored of eating the same meal all over again. Moreover, I like that they are local and family owned, and they try hard to serve everyone’s needs. I am highly recommending it to anyone who wants to eat healthy and doesn’t have time to do it on its own.

The Fresh Plan is fantastic! If you are looking for delicious, diverse, fully prepared meals, look no further. I receive the 1200 calorie per day meal plan, fresh, not frozen, twice a week. All I have to do is refrigerate, microwave and enjoy; it is ideal! I was initially wondering if 1200 calories would be enough food, however, I find that it is often more than I can eat and have some left over. I have been a customer for 4 months and have lost a total of 30 pounds and counting! I could not be more pleased! The Fresh Plan provides friendly, personalized attention, offers frequent updates on precautions being taken to ensure a safe, virus free workplace and product and are giving back by helping first responders during these difficult times. I encourage you to give Fresh Plan a try, I recommend them highly.

My wife and I used the Fresh Plan 8-meals-a-week plan during a particularly busy month. We thought the food was tasty with good portion sizes, and also healthy (not heavy on salt/fat). We chose the weekly pickup option, which was easy and convenient. Big kudos to the owner Betsy, who was very prompt to reply to any questions I had - she definitely cares a lot about her business and making sure her customers are satisfied. Would highly recommend the Fresh Plan as a local business for anyone in need of help with meal prep!

My wife and I have tried about 10 meal kit companies over the years and none have been even close to as good as The Fresh Plan. Recently I have been looking for a heart healthy option that will help me keep my sodium and sugar counts low as well as manage my calorie intake. I tried a meal kit company that sent frozen dishes and they didn't taste very good at all, some did but not enough. Once we got The Fresh Plan kit I was kind of shocked at how good the dishes were, and how much the fresh food made a difference. What realy matters is if the food is good, and so far almost every dish is great. So far almost all the dishes are delicious, and only one breakfast one I didn't like. So far I'm loving them and I don't have to worry about my sodium counts per meal, which is a pain in the bottom. I highly recommend The Fresh Plan meals for taste and health!

We ordered the Fresh Plan to jumpstart our healthy eating . The meals are fantastic! They are fresh and you can choose between 1200 cal a day and 1700 cal a day. The menu rotates weekly so you’re never eating the same meal so soon. They deliver right to your door and the owners are wonderful to deal with. The cost is minimal compared to what I spend at the grocery store, and I don’t have to worry about getting dinner on the table. It is so easy to prepare. You just put it in the microwave and you have a fresh breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beauty of it is you can skip weeks if you’re going out of town, etc. Definitely give The Fresh Plan a try! You will not be disappointed.!

I shopped around before settling on The Fresh Plan and am very happy with it and how it sets itself apart. The meals are constantly changing, they taste great, and are made with unprocessed, healthy ingredients. The service and the people have also been excellent and accommodating. No other service in the Chicago area offers all of that with the same level of quality and service. The Fresh Plan is a consistently excellent. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to save time and still enjoy tasty, healthy meals.

Post surgery I planned on The Fresh Plan delivery to avoid cooking and over everyone offering to send in take out with all the added salt. A few meals in (and I am a healthy cooker) this food is outstanding. Great variety. The lunch/dinner option for M-F worked best for us. Ownership is outstanding and the delivery person was so kind. Part of the joy was a few friends buying gift certificates for me toward my choices. What a gift!!!!!!!! Yum chicken quinoa salad below.
